"I could not say enough good things about Josh. He is patient, understanding, flexible, attentive, honest, the list goes on. We've house hunted with Josh twice and both times were very enjoyable and relatively painless. He got us into houses the day they came on the market, he gave great advice on why/why not to consider a certain property, and he really made an effort to listen to us and guide us in the right direction at the same time. Josh has become a lot more than a realtor to us - he is a great family friend and we look forward to working with him again in the future."

"I contacted Josh in early October 2014 and provided a list of things I was looking for in my first home purchase. After a week or two of research we went for a ride along to nearly 10 locations all of which matched very well to what I had asked for.

That day I found the home that I knew I wanted. Made an offer in early November and after some quick and easy negotiations we got the house under contract. From inquiry to sale was less than two months. Couldn't be happier with Josh and Dawson Ford Garbee!"
